BETH POWLESLAND
Co. Artistic Director
Beth has been a self producing artist since 2007, creating and performing in multidisciplinary work spanning dance, circus, theatre and film. Her professional experience includes work with companies including internationally acclaimed Tilted Productions, Earthfall, National Dance Company Wales, National Theatre Wales, Theatr Iolo, Humans Move and work with numerous independent directors including award winning international choreographer Jo Fong.

Beth began making her own work in 2009, in part pursuing the use of voice alongside dance. She has been commissioned to sing (and dance) in projects by Verity Standen, Protein Dance, Andy Pink and Lisa May Thomas. She has been awarded a DYCP grant to pursue voice work and continues to develop an embodied improvisation practise combining movement and voice.
Beth is an advocate for artist development, in 2013 founded Groundwork collective to support artists in Wales and enjoys regularly supporting early to mid career artists in business and practise based coaching.

Beth is also a Holistic Massage Therapist, and loves working to help people feel connected, renewed and embodied through hands on bodywork.
EITHNE KANE
Co. Artistic Director
Eithne is a dancer, acrobat and choreographer. She trained at London Contemporary Dance School and has worked in contemporary dance, circus and theatrical productions. She has a passion for choreography, physical story telling and athletic movement styles such as floor work and partnering.
Eithne mixes freelance performance work with devising independently, and has worked with Tilted Productions, The National Theatre, Joli Vyann, Opera North, Nathan Johnston, Madeline Shann, Wild Rumpus, Jorge Cresis, James Wilton and Dylan Quinn Dance Theatre amongst others.
Eithne also teaches dance, creative workshops and yoga and is a member of the Russell Maliphant Company education team.
REBECCA CALLOW
Company Dancer
Rebecca is a contemporary dance artist based in Manchester. She completed her MA in 2019 with Emergence Dance Company, performing original works by Joss Arnott and Sharon Watson on a UK tour, and studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance prior to this. Since graduating, Rebecca has worked with Coalesce Dance Theatre, Common Ground (Norfolk and Norwich Festival) and Ellen Hathaway Dance Company. She has had her own work shared at Siobhan Davies Young Artists Feedback Forum, and her dance film T H E S E  S P A C E S screened at ‘I’m Bored, What’s Next’ international online festival in 2020.
LISA CHEARLES
Company Dancer
Lisa was born in Singapore in 1999. She trained under the PULSE Programme, where she was taught by the company dancers of Frontier Danceland, before moving to the UK to complete her undergraduate studies at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. In her time at NSCD, Lisa performed works by Anna Williams, Yukiko Masui and Jose Agudo.
YUE YING HO
Company Dancer
British born Yue Ying Ho is a performer, creator and dancer- delivering high quality and captivating performances. Growing up in Swansea, Wales, Yue Ying was bought up bi-cultural and strongly advocates diversity in her practise. Her movement draws upon influences of contemporary dance and popping.

Yue Ying Ho graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with a first class-honours degree in BA Contemporary Dance. She is currently studying at at Salford University, completing her MA in Dance Performance and Professional Practises- under the artistic direction of Joss Arnott as part of EMERGENCE- and touring new works Joss Arnott, Becky Namguards and Kevin Turner.

Yue Ying started her training as part of Pamela Miller Ballet School, County Youth Dance Company, National Youth Dance Wales and National Dance Company Wales Associates.
Throughout her dance journey, she has worked closely with Kerry Nichols, Elesha Drenning, Anthony Matsena, Paul Davies, Alison Curtis-Jones, Joseph Toonga, Gary Lambert, Tony Thatcher, Lizzie Kew-Ross, and Emily Robinson.
